The loco does run, but needs work, as a custom motor bracket was added, causing the rear to sit higher, an easy fix to remove. Condition wise, the loco is near mint. The tender is also very nice, with no real scratches, and just a small nick on one side, and one journal box is missing. The 2 cars are beautiful, clean, and shiny. The #603 is mint, as good as you could possibly get, with no scratches.
The #604 is near mint, with no scratches, and just one or two small nicks. All trim on both cars are intact and complete. The loco box is a brick with all flaps, is correctly marked, and includes original wrapping. The tender box is also very nice with all flaps, correctly marked, with a couple flaps loose.
The #603 box is nice with loose flaps, and are correctly marked. There is no #604 box. The set box is a brick, with all flaps, crisp, and has a perfect label that is correctly marked. The connecting ties box is a brick with all flaps, and the rare original lubrication paper has tears, but is complete.
